Episode 82: The Finely Tuned Adam Ferrara Machine

Ob la di, ob la da, it’s podcast time, la la la la podcast tiiiiime.

Hey!  Today’s interview is quite fantastic.  Magnificent, even.  Because today’s podcast is with Adam Ferrara.  This is a good one.  Seriously, no bullshit with the “fantastic” and “magnificent.”  This is a really, really good interview.  Adam Ferrara has been doing stand up longer than the Loop 202 has been a highway, longer than the Diamondbacks have been a team, even longer than Joe Arpaio has been a total asshole.  Well, maybe not THAT long, but definitely longer than Sheriff Joe has been Sheriff Joe, so there is a lot to learn from him.  This interview is just like Adam’s stand up- at times very silly, at times very touching, unafraid to be serious and let an uncomfortable moment hang in the air for a very good reason.

This is a great insight into a well seasoned comedic mind.  The talk is fast, and the advice comes rapid-fire, so buckle up and hang on, because Adam shared with us tons of knowledge gleaned from 26 years of stand up experience.  It’s just like his standup, so personal to him, but so relateable to everyone listening.

Adam was very kind to spend time talking with us, both he and his wife were very generous and warm.  We can’t say enough good things; we just hope that you’ll go to Adam’s website, follow him on Twitter, and like him on the Facebookz.
